Do you have minimum order values?

Yes we have a minimum order value of £75 (excluding delivery fee) for all bookings. Some of our postcode areas have a higher minimum order value due to the distance.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance:

YES, Our Public Liability Insurance covers up to £5 Million to give our hirers piece of mind.

Is your equipment safe and regularly tested:

Yes, All our equipment is tested to the European standard EN149/60 2013. Inflatables this means either by RPII OR PIPA Certificate, Electrical items are all PAT tested up to date.

Do you provide power if the event is on a field:

YES, If no power is available when you are ordering your equipment please let us know and we will add a generator to you order with a small additional fee.

Am I allowed to hire an inflatable for my event then charge people to use it?

Yes you are, but you must bear in mind that you have full responsibility of all users and the equipment. You must make sure that all users of the inflatable are safe, don't overload the castle to try to make extra money. As the hirer you are liable for any damages. You can see the number of users per height bracket on the front of each inflatable.

How far do you deliver as i see you are located in Essex:

We provide our services all over the Essex, outside of Essex? contact our team today to check if possible.

What ever units we choose do you set them up for us to use:

Yes, Any equipment we deliver is always fully set up and ready to use.

Do I need a side entrance to my garden?

Subject to the size of the castle it is not necessary to have a side entrance to your garden. We can access your garden through your home or garage. Please make sure you let us know this when you make your booking. You must ensure that there is a clear path through your home as we will not be held responsible for any damages while accessing your garden this way. Very little access? why not ask a neighbour if we can gain our way through their property and lift a fence panel.

I want to hire a bouncy castle but i have astro turf is this ok?

Yes, we can still install a bouncy castle onto astro turf/ tarmac and concrete. However there may be an additional charge for safety weights (leather cased sandbags) depending on the location and the bouncy castle you are interested in hiring. Do you offer overnight hire?

We do offer an overnight option, which guarantees you the use for the whole evening and collection will be from 8am the following day (we are unable to guarantee a specific time). This is charged at £50 per booking (not per item hired).

How do we pay for our hire?

When booking online or over the phone we will kindly ask for a small upfront payment of £10 which will come off the balance. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the hire after out team has setup your equipment. Payment can be made using a bank card or cash. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

How long does set up and pack down take?

On average it takes us at least 20 minutes to set up, but this time will obviously increase on distance from the vehicle and the more items you have.

Is it ok to put a bouncy castle on my lawn, will it cause much damage?

When placing inflatables on grass we use a tarpaulin to protect the area. For safety reasons we must hammer in 6 - 10 securing 1ft long metal pegs to hold the castle down during use. The holes left over from the securing pegs will disappear after a few days.

Do your bouncy castles have shower covers?

Yes, most of our bouncy castles / inflatables have shower/sun covers. Just check on the bouncy castle details to confirm this or gives us a call. These are only effective in light rain or showers.

Do we get any refund if it rains on the day of our event and we have to cancel it:

NO, But your deposit will be held on file for 6 months for you to use against any future hires.

How much notice do you need in order for me to make a booking?

We require at least 2 days notice to make a booking with us. Please note that during the summer months we book up weeks in advance and struggle to accommodate last minute bookings, therefore we do recommend that you book in early as soon as you have a date set.

Are there any time limits for our events:

No, Whatever times are stated when you are booking with us we will quote for those times, But standard is usually 6 - 8 Hours operating times.

What time do you deliver and collect?

We usually deliver units between 07:00am and 12:00noon and we can collect them up until 19:00pm for garden hires. (subject to availability) Later collections are available at an additional cost or even overnight. However we will try to accommodate you in any way we can if these times are not suitable. Some of our equipment if overnight as standard for example Chairs, Tables, Marquees, Speakers and audio equipment. Hall/ Venue hires will be delivered and set up accordingly to time windows requested.

Is all the equipment on your website your own or are you an Agency:

100% of everything on our Website is our own equipment, delivered and setup by our own teams and only delivered/ collected in our sign written vehicles.

Are your supervisors police checked:

YES,They all have current DBS checks.

Are you of of the cheapest for hiring out fun equipment:

No, We cannot guarantee to be the cheapest because all our equipment is top quality goods for commercial use, We are not here to cut corners please feel free to read our reviews.

Do i get a discount if i book out of season:

Our prices are reduced in the winter months to reflect the seasons, so theres no need to request a discount.

Can i order any items that are not on your website:

YES, We have a wide range of other companies we work with on a regular basis, If we can book our equipment and some of their equipment for you at the same time we will. This will take all the pressure off you and make us your 1 phone number shop.

Can you supply power for our equipment:

If we can we will,Please discuss what items you need to power when ordering our equipment, You may need to find out what wattage your equipment will need.

Do I need to supply my own music for the Disco dome/Disco slide/Disco castles?

Yes. The Disco dome inflatables, inflatable VIP clubs and PA Audio systems come with blue tooth technology and audio jack cables so you can link up your own playlist from your computer, tablet or iphone. Our equipment not come with music, you must provide your own prior to the day of setup.

I am hiring a slush machine but wanted to know if i can put it outside?

We recommend that a slush machine is set up indoors, out of direct sunlight, in a cool environment. This way it will help the machine to stay cool and help it to freeze.

If you hire the machine and place it outside in direct sunlight this will have serve delays on the freezing time of the machine. We will not be held responsible if the machine does not slush if you do not adhere to our recommendations.

The venue i am hiring requires stairs to access the room, is this still ok to hire the Bouncy Castle?

Yes, however there would be an additional charge for lifting the equipment up flights of stairs if there is no other means of access to the room. ie. a Lift

This would apply to all equipment being hired not just the Inflatables.

On delivery, if there are any provisions the client has failed to inform the company of, such as stairs, obstructions, excess distance to site (over 50m), no parking facilities, rough ground surface, inadequate space etc then a further charge would be applied.

I am hiring multiple items from you but i would like them delivered at different times throughout the day, is this possible?

Our prices are based on one delivery and one collection time, therefore subject to other bookings and commitments on the day multiple deliveries may not be possible. However if

My venue is requesting an underlay for the Inflatable is this possible?

Yes, we can provide rubber matting to be laid before the Bouncy Castle. Please check with your venue to make sure this is sufficient enough. Please note: this must be requested when booking if needed, additional charges may apply.

Do we supply extension cables to power our equipment?
Yes. With every hire where an item is needing power, we will supply upto 20mtrs of cable to reach your power source. Needing us to reach further? This is possible but upto a maximum of 50m. You must request this so our teams can loads the appropriate size extension reel.

Coronavirus Update

  • Please note we will not be able to hire to you if anyone who will be using the bouncy castle is showing, or in the 14 days before the party, has shown any signs of the coronavirus.
  • Please ensure you stay indoors whilst our team set up and collect our equipment.
  • Our equipment will be carefully cleaned and sanitised onsite once delivered to you.
  • If anyone hiring our equipment who shares the same household has any symptoms of COVID-19 or starts to develop symptoms during the hire then the use of the inflatable must cease and we must immediately be informed of this.
  • After collection, our equipment will be taken back to our premises and thoroughly cleaned and sanitised with anti-bacteria and disinfectant. We then leave them in storage for a minimum of 3 days before being hired again and our vehicles and storage units will also be sanitised.
  • Please respect social distancing of at least 2 metres at all times whilst we are in your back garden, especially when we are pointing out the safety guidelines for inflatable play.
  • Please note that when we arrive at your house, all persons from your household must be indoors and likewise on collection. Delivery/collection times will be arranged beforehand, at a mutually convenient time, and your household must be finished with everyone indoors when we collect.
