Brilliant company. Already at the hall setting up when we arrived. Really friendly service and lots of choice of castles and extras. They went above and beyond when I had car trouble at the end of the party and took the time to get my car started. I would recommend them without question.

Canvey Castles were absolutely amazing! I found their website easy to navigate to browse through their wide range of products and services. They were able to set up for my daughter's birthday on New Year's Day which is fantastic as we're limited on activities to do as it's a bank holiday. They arrived nice and early, they were done within 10 minutes and we're very polite men. They didn't pack up until much later in the day so we had all day to play. We would definitely do business with them again. 10/10

The people working for Canvey Castles are very friendly. What we ordered were new and in good condition. The kids had a brilliant time. They brought the stuffs early and collected them in a reasonable time, the kids had plenty of time to enjoyed it. We order unicorn bouncy castle and it makes my daughter day for her birthday. We recently hired a Minecraft bouncy castle for our sons birthday. The service was absolutely fantastic from the point of booking, right through to collection after the event. The castle was delivered nice and early, and was set up really quick. The gentlemen who delivered and collected the castle were really friendly. I ordered the inflatable nightclub for my daughters 13th Birthday and it will mostly definitely not be forgotten!
Not only is the nightclub amazing with its flashing lights and smoke machine, the sound system is out of this world.
Karl and the gang that came to set it up and collect it the next day were the most polite and informative guys, explaining how all the gadgets work and genuinely just a nice bunch of people. They truly made my daughters night!

Absolutely fantastic service was let down by another company last minute but the guys at canvey castles managed to make it happen for my daughter's 2nd birthday party. Can't thank them enough I have one happy 2 year old. Upon collection the next morning they went above and beyond when my little one was saying goodbye to the castle they joined in by saying it's going to sleep ready for the next party. It's the little things that count but from start to finish they guys were amazing

We hired the paw patrol inflatable and chase mascot costume for a joint birthday party. These guys were there literally as the hall opened and set up before all my guests arrived.
